I am trying to find a house directly on the beach, for our wedding. We live in Naples, and are looking at something anywhere from Sanibel down to Marco, over to Ft Myers Beach/Bonita. I find a few, but none that are workable. Small thin beach, condos, no room for reception. Just cant happen. It'll be about 75 people. So I need a decent amount of space. We want the ceremony on the sand, then the reception behind the house. Porch, patio, grass, doesnt really matter. Im picky with it, but not really :) I just dont want it on a busy beach with tons of by-standers and things.

Any ideas where I can look?? Ive tried VRBO.com and theres not really to much that can fit a wedding. I wish Annamarie Island and Gasparilla werent so far away, I can find perfect homes up there! Im beginning to think about it, its just 2-3 hrs for us to get there, and then all our family is in Ft Lauderdale/Naples/Ft Myers. Itd be alittle hard to plan a wedding thats 2 hrs away I think. I was considering the east coast, but so many people have said there is limits to how many people can be at the wedding, if they allow it at all. Does anyone know the "rules" of east coast weddings vs west coast?

Thanks!
