Gratuity at all inclusive resort

Hello to all the destination brides out there.
I am getting married in an all inclusive resort in Mexico. The reception is of course not included and we are paying per person. We are having buffet dinner and we have no clue what we should be tipping all the staff. Does anyone out there know? We also are working with the resorts wedding coordinator and we have no clue how much gratuity to give her. Can anyone out there offer some advice?

Our resort had a 20% gratuity added to the bill. I would be surprised if it is not automatically added.
