Hi ribbicks,
I'm a destination bride, we are getting married Feb 12, 2010 in Riviera Maya Mexico, where and when are you getting married?

We're still in the beginning stages of planning, actually have to decide on a date first:) But we got engaged in Pensacola, on the beach, and decided we would really like to go back and get married somewhere down in that area, Destin/Pensacola Beach. I noticed that you didnt have a photographer yet, my brilliant fiance proposed during a family photo session on the beach and we loved our pictures. They were done by BeachBum Photography, out of Pensacola, Jessica and her husband were great to work with! We'd recommend them! And if you've already found a photographer, sorry!

I am getting married in Destin, FL.
We are using Forever I Do Weddings to coordinate and do our wedding. We are going to get married on the beach in front of the condo we choose to stay at. We are looking at Destin Pointe and Majestic Sun Resort. We can't decide on which one. They are both very nice. We are also looking at doing a yacht for our reception. We just want something nice and simple.
What all have you chose so far?

A Yacht would be awesome!
We are looking to have the reception at whatever house we rent, hopefully with a pool... since it's just going to be small... our close friends and family.
It's just so hard planning everything out of town... I've looked into hiring a planner, but that takes a good chunk out of our budget if we do that.
So now we're looking at Panama city beach, things seem to be a little less expensive there...
oh and we're completely in love with those bamboo arbors with the white fabric draped on them... : )
